At Bradley Home Furnishings, we want you to love your new home additions; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all components back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure safe transit.

Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

Affix the provided return shipping label to the box and schedule a pickup with our designated freight carrier or drop it off at a local shipping hub.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
